Delightful location and good for a coddiwomple (walk). Mixture of trails to suit ability, thelonger one has some steep gradients but worth it. Reservoir provides some good birdwatching. From the high point there are great views across the Cheshire plain. Plenty of information boards about the wildlife and history of the quarry. Nose Coffee and Cafe provide good quality refreshments. Toilets at car park. Charge for parking, both coins and card accepted.
